Given the age of information and technology that we live in, one would think that it would be simple to produce a cure for something as simple as acne. After all, we live in an age where deadly diseases are overcome in a matter of days. Why would it not be possible with acne?

Modern medicine has made many advances. We have come a long way to be able to treat many diseases that were previously classified as terminal illnesses. In most cases, the patient can be treated successfully if diagnosed in time.

In spite of the technological advances made, however, some common conditions remain problematic, even though they would seem possible to cure. Acne is one of the first that spring to mind. With millions of people suffering from the dreaded condition, one would think that modern medicine would have gone to great lengths to find a cure. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

However, if you look at it from a marketing point of view, it makes perfect sense. In any line of business, the perfect product has to be common, it has to be consumed completely, and it needs to be replaced as many times as possible.

Now if you look at a condition like acne which is not life threatening, the potential is enormous. It is very common, and if not cured completely, will flare up again regularly. It represents the perfect opportunity for supplying to an ongoing demand.

On the other hand, helping you to cure the condition could be compared to "killing the goose that lays the golden eggs". It would hold only one opportunity to supply to a client, after which the client will not need any additional products. From a business point of view, it does not make sense.

Is it possible to cure acne completely? As a matter of personal opinion, yes. Will you get the cure from a drugstore shelf? Don't get your hopes up. You would much rather find it at a supplier who has nothing to gain from your repeated need. You will get it from someone who sells information, and not medication. Once you have the information, there is no repeat business.
