| Getting Rich in 30 minutes a day - Not Going to Happen |

You have all seen the ads - Make $10,000.00 per month working 30 minutes a day on your computer! I wonder how many people believe those ads. I never did , thank goodness. If those ads were true we would all be rich!
I did in the beginning, however, join some programs that in retrospect were not very good choices. But I was a newbie, and I didn't know any better. The first few programs I joined wanted me to recruit more affiliates, and that seemed to be their main goal. Marketing products wasn't on the top of their priority list (if they even HAD any products).
After weeks of trying to solicit other members, a light bulb went off in my head. At some point in time, products are going to have to be sold for anyone to make any money! So I changed my strategies. I started marketing products that were mostly guru's how-to and promotional products.
Then I figured out that's what 95% of other people were doing, making the guru's even richer and not doing much for themselves!
At the point that I was about to give up, I found a couple of legitimate companies that actually had quality products to market. That's when my luck began to change. I built my own website, (which if I can do, I believe anyone can) put some of my products on it, and started advertising my website instead of all those affiliate links.
It is actually working! I am starting to make a good income now, and I am so glad that I didn't give up. I have learned, however, that besides classified ads, forums, newsletters, etc., you need to set your own blog up and write some articles. I have gotten more business from doing those two things than I ever did from advertising and joining all of those hit exchanges!
I now market communications, health & nutrition, environmentally safe cleaners and a multitude of other products. I love my career, and I believe anyone can do this if they have the tenacity.

I would tell anyone trying to get started in this business, nothing is free. It may not cost any money to get started, but it WILL cost some of your time. Don't believe all the sites that tell you that you can make tons of money and not do anything. It takes work and time to get your own home business going, but it is well worth it. Don't give up! |
